I have always liked my initials, MP. When I was a schoolgirl, I often drew them. The years went by, and sadly my father passed away. Among his personal belongings there was an item he always carried with him; in the middle it had his initials, MP, the same as mine, in gold. I designed a leather bracelet with a gold plate in the middle containing his and my initials and had it custom made for me. Needless to say, it is my favourite bracelet and I wear it most of the time. When I had to choose a logo for my translation business, I went straight to a shop specialized in company logos, and asked them to make a digital image of the plate, in other words a logo. It not only represents my business but also who I am as a person, family history included.
